Every quote shows design time, print time and material as separate lines, so you can see exactly what you are paying for and what a reorder will cost. Minimum order $45. No account, no setup fee.
Design
Quoted in hours before work starts, billed in quarter hours. Modeling from a photo, sketch or broken part; adapting a CAD file for printing. Quoted in hours before work starts, one revision included. Bring your own STEP file and this line is $0.
Print time
Covers the machine, power, wear, setup, removal and inspection. A hand-sized bracket is 2–4 hours; a full enclosure 6–10; a large fixture plate 15–25.
Material
PLA, PLA Tough+, PETG and PETG+ from $0.10/g · ASA and PETG-CF from $0.15/g (ordered per job) · PA-CF and TPU from $0.25/g. Priced per gram including supports and purge; most parts are 30–200 g.

Rush
+50% on print time and material for a promised under-72-hour turnaround, only if the printer is free and confirmed in the quote.
Volume
Print time and material at 70% on orders of 10 or more identical parts. 50+ pieces quoted individually.
Standing accounts
After two paid orders, shops and companies with repeat work get net-30 terms, a priority queue and your files on hand for reorders.

How do I pay?
Card or ACH through the invoice link. New customers pay in full before printing; jobs over $250 or with design work take a 50% deposit to start; net-30 terms after two paid orders. North Dakota sales tax applies to fabricated goods, including the design and print labor, unless you provide a resale or exemption certificate.
What does shipping cost?
USPS Ground Advantage at cost, usually $7–13 for a part under a pound. Free pickup in West Fargo by appointment; local delivery on request.
What if the part doesn't fit?
If it was printed from your file at the stated tolerance, we reprint once at print cost. If we designed it and it doesn't fit, the reprint is on us — that is what the sign-off screenshot is for.
Who owns the design?
You do. Any model we create for you is yours; we keep a copy only so reorders are cheap, and delete it on request. We never post customer work without written permission.
Is there a minimum?
$45 per order. Several small parts in one order count together.
Do you print from Thingiverse / Printables files?
Only if the model's license allows commercial printing, or you designed it. You confirm you have the rights when you order. Print time and material only.
