What we keep, and for how long.
Short version: we collect what we need to quote and make your part, we keep your files private, and we don't sell or share anything. Last updated 2026-11-03.
What we collect
The quote form and email collect your name, company, email, phone, a description of the job and any files or photos you attach. The website itself sets no tracking cookies; fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
Where files go
Form submissions are emailed to our business mailbox at parts@northernworks3d.com and a confirmation is emailed to you; files are not stored on the web server. Files for jobs we take on are kept in a private per-customer folder on our own systems. Files for jobs that do not go ahead are deleted within 90 days. Job files are kept while you remain a customer so reorders are quick, and deleted on request.
Who sees it
Only the people doing your job. If a part is referred for an outside engineering review, we share the relevant files with that reviewer under a confidentiality agreement and tell you first. We do not post, publish or show customer parts without written permission. We do not sell or rent contact information.
Payments
Card and ACH payments are processed by our invoicing provider; we never see or store full card numbers.
Your choices
Email parts@northernworks3d.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you or your files. We reply within one business day.
