Case inserts & battery trays
Pelican and Nanuk inserts cut to your batteries, radios and controllers. Finger scoops, drains, lanyard slots.
What we make
Everything below prints in-house in West Fargo on engineering materials, gets measured against the drawing, and ships with a photo. If you are not sure which bucket your part is in, send it anyway.
Jigs & fixtures
Welding and assembly fixtures, drill and tap guides, masking templates for paint and powder coat, vise soft jaws, go/no-go gauges, alignment blocks and the odd holder that keeps a part square while glue sets. Printed fixtures cost a fraction of machined aluminum, weigh almost nothing, and can be reprinted the day one gets dropped.

Prototypes & fit checks
Send a STEP, STL, 3MF, IGES or Fusion/SolidWorks/Onshape export and get the part in your hand in a few business days. Enclosures with standoffs and snap lids, housings, brackets, ducting, handles, mock-ups for customer sign-off. When a prototype has to behave like the production part, we print it in carbon-fiber nylon and send caliper measurements of the features you call out.
Replacement parts
Knobs, clips, handles, covers, trim, battery doors, gear housings, fan shrouds and the plastic bracket that holds an entire cab panel on. Send a photo with a tape measure or calipers in frame, the make and model, and what broke. We model it, show you the screen before printing, and send the part — usually in a tougher material than the original.

Survey & field gear
Northern Drone's crews use inserts, stands and models we designed in-house. The ground-side items are available to other operators and firms. We do not sell aircraft-mounted parts.

Physical models printed from LiDAR and survey data — a site, a drainage, a pit — for bid meetings, public hearings and client presentations.
GCP target stands, prism and receiver adapters, pole clips, tablet mounts for the truck.
Design services
A photo with a tape measure, a napkin sketch with dimensions, or the broken part itself. Broken-part reproduction starts at a flat $75 measure-and-CAD minimum plus print.
$95/h · ¼-hour billingHave a CAD model that was drawn for machining or molding? We adapt wall thickness, orientation, tolerances and fasteners for printing.
quoted in hours up frontParts that carry load or heat can be referred for an outside engineering review before we print, quoted separately. Without one, printed parts are not rated for structural or safety loads.
quoted per partYour files and designs stay yours. We do not share, resell or post customer parts without written permission. Every functional part ships labelled with its material and intended use; see Scope & Safety and Terms.
Send a file, a sketch or a photo with a tape measure in it. You get a price, a material and a lead time within one business day.
